Digitalization and document library
This service involves the digitalization and indexation of any material in paper format (A4 and A3) that the client would like to file in a Web document repository.
These contents could be accessed from the Internet with enough guarantees (digital certificate, eDNI, password, etc.) or locally through a CD or DVD.
The scanning quality will be of 150 dpi, which is enough for its later visualization.
The process includes a basic character recognition which will enable complex searches for content. The applied taxonomy ensures a basic indexation by file, box, date, location, etc.
If the client requires, the material can be encrypted through public key and private key PKI technology (GNUPG). Therefore, the client will have the private key which allows the access to the information.
e-pyme will take charge of transferring the material to our facilities, as well as its return, destruction and recycling.
